Couch Mini of Max

Hi Everyone!

Here's a couch mini(Purchased at Michaels)of Max that I created for my mom for her birthday. My mom's birthday is on Halloween and I can't wait to celebrate it this weekend with all my family. My mom and Max love to relax on her couch and the mini was perfect. I didn't want to do the traditional Dog design papers, so I used Prima's So Cute and Annalee collection and loved it. I added two photos and left the rest of the pages for my mom to add her favorite pictures. Happy Birthday Mom!!!

Wonderful Gifts

I was full of happy tears when I received a surprised package in the mail from Becca today. Becca was so sweet and offered to host my Steampunk Mini Page swap for me and I thank her so much for hosting. When I opened the package, I was so happy to see all the wonderful pages. Thank you SO much ladies for creating such beautiful pages and then to make one for me. This means the world to me...more than you'll ever know. I was so excited that I had to bind my mini right away. I titled the mini "Friends" and added some black lace. Each time I look at my mini, I will remember with a huge smile how lucky I am to have such wonderful friends. Becca also made me an adorable card too. I just love my card. Thank you again so much.






Last Saturday, I saw Brandy and she surprised me with a gorgeous altered box/mini and a ton of goodies. Thank you so much Brandy. I love it so much!

Aqua Charms Phone Cover

Hi Everyone!

I super excited to share with you my birthday gift from my hubby. I've been searching for the longest time for the perfect phone case and I finally found it. This cover is exactly what I wanted because you all know how much I love PINK, Hello Kitty, and Bling. My hubby purchased my cover from AquaCharms.com. I picked out and I also had them add a Chanel logo on top of the Hello Kitty. I can't wait to receive my cover and will post a pic once I receive it. Be sure to check out their website. My Prima Bling Letter "B"

I purchased this plain green letter "B" at Michaels and decided to add my favorite Prima Annalee design paper and BLING it out. I didn't want to cover the letter completely because I wanted to still be able to see the design paper. I added a Prima flower, some of my Prima Crystals, Prima Pearls and my favorite charms. I just LOVE the way it turned out. Don't limit yourself to layouts, mini albums, etc. You can BLING almost anything with these gorgeous Prima Crystals and Pearls.

Ravenhead Manor Paper Pumpkins

I'm in charge of creating a craft project for Ashley's class to make during their Fall Party next week and I'm so excited. I LOVE being involved with my girls school. I thought it would be perfect for them to make paper pumpkins. Of course they will make some with orange and black construction paper. I then thought I can make some with my Ravenhead Manor Collection for myself as decoration for my scrap room and Halloween. I had purchased the coordinating embellishments and incorporated them onto my pumpkin. I wanted the top embellishment to match the paper and loved how it turned out. I used 3 different sizes of papers. The larger pumpkin is using 4 1" x 12" strips of design paper. The medium size pumpkin is using 4 3/4" x 8" design paper. The smaller pumpkin is using 4 1/2" x 6" design paper. I first marked the center of each strip in the middle and then adhered the strip on top of one another(see photo above)with my glue gun. This is a great project to make with your kids and a fantastic way to use your extras after making your minis.

Textured Picture Frame of My Girls

I wanted a picture frame that I can add a picture of each of my girls and display it in my craft room. I purchased a plain black wooden frame, but wanted to add some texture to the frame. I first sprayed the entire frame with LindyStampGang's Moon Glow's Moon Shadow Mist in Tawny Turquoise. I poured Utee right on top of the Moon Shadow Mist then, I heat set it. I really love that you can see the Turquoise in the Utee. The flowers I purchased from iamroses.com and sprayed the center white Gardenia's with Moon Glow's Moon Shadow Mist in Smokey Sapphire. The Gardenia on the top right I sprayed more than once to achieve a darker look. I really loved how it turned out. It looks as though I used two different stains. 3D Nail Art

I just LOVE my 3D nails. I've been on a man hunt trying to locate a Nail Salon near me that offers 3D Nail Art and I'm not having much luck. The closest location would be San Francisco...which is not too bad. So I decided to go to my local Sally Beauty Supply and I found these 3D Nail Art Petite Fleurs by Art Club and thought they were so adorable and I LOVE them. These actually work perfect because its not too much. I have to keep in mind that I will be crafting with these on my nails and taking care of the daily chores. heehee Maybe someday when we take the girls to SF, I'll get a few nails done. Meantime, I'm just enjoying my 3D nails.

Happy 15th Bitrthday Ariana!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Ariana!!! Here's a card I made for my baby girl (Ariana will always be my baby no matter what age she is.) using K & Company Jubilee Collection. I can't believe she's fifteen. I just love this collection along with Que Sera Sera. The "Birthday Girl" stamp set is by My Favorite Things which was perfect for Ariana. I used my Copic markers and also did paper piecing for the cupcake liner with the matching design paper. I picked up a ton of new Prima laces at my local scrapbook store Green Tangerines. The flowers are from iamroses.com. Bunma has so many colors to choose from and I just love it.

More Mini Albums

Here are a few more mini albums I've been working on.

For this mini I used Graphic 45 Christmas Past collection. I just love all my flowers from iamroses.com. My inspiration for my inside pages were by Elsa from justafewdesigns.blogspot.com. Love her videos and mini pages. Thank you Elsa! My mom had given me this beautiful butterfly and it was just perfect for the front page.


For this mini I used My Mind's Eye The Spider's Web collection by Carina Gardner for Ashley's Pumpkin Patch field trip she had last Wednesday. I created the box and mini with my Sizzix Petal Card die. I created a box to store my mini in and bind the mini with my Bind it All. I got my inspiration from my Scallop Envelope Mini and really loved how it turned out. I plan to make many more of these mini albums with different collections, so look out for those. I just might sell some kits...we'll see. :)




Here I created this mini with the Maya Road chipboard mini I received from Maria. Thank you Maria! I used my two new favorite collections by Prima, So Cute! and Annalee. I made the mini of Ashley's Preschool Graduation. All the sentiments on the die cuts went perfect with the pictures.


Here I purchased these miniature sized composition notebooks and altered them with both collections. Love these tiny books.

Stamp Storage

I had gone to Michaels today to get a set of stamps for a mini I'm working on in honor of my brother and came across this Paula Deen Recipe Card Book in the clearance bin for a $1.50. There were a lot of her stuff for 70% OFF but these caught my attention. I purchased several of them to store all my mini stamps in and to also create a mini book. Below is how I put the book together. Really quick, FUN and easy.

Here's Paula Deen's Recipe Card Book. Original price $5.00 and got it for $1.50. This book is good quality and very sturdy. Plus, I love the print.

I set the book facing down the other direction because I like the way the stamps settle down into the pockets. I didn't alter the book because they will be stored onto my shelf. I did however took one of the divider tabs and cut it into 6" x 5 3/4" to cover the words since they were written a different direction. I will definitely alter this for my mini book.

Here are the supplies needed. You will need 24 XL Eyelets and 40 4" x 6" white card stock papers,(Keep in mind I used one of the divider tabs for the front cover) and a Crop a Dile. The book comes with 8 divider tabs ( You can get some card stock and write the name of the stamps and adhere it on top) and 20 protective sleeves which can hold 40 stamps.

To create one page you will need 1 divider tab, 2 protective sleeves, 4 4" x 6" white card stock papers and 3 XL eyelets.

Place your protective sleeve on top of the divider for the front.

Place the other protective sleeve to the back then set your XL eyelets. This will keep from the holes on the protective sleeves from tearing since you will be turing the pages often.

Now you can add your stamps. The Greeting Farm, My Favorite Things, C.C. Designs stamps and many more fit perfect. If you create the stamp storage or mini book and post a video, I would love to see it. Please be sure to send me the link. Have fun creating.

Steampunk Debutante Mini

Here's a mini I created today using Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante design papers. I used a Melissa Francis Mini album Lisa had given me from a swap we participated in. Thank you Lisa! Though my heart aches each time I create, it somehow encourages me to keep going.

Update and Me Mini Album

Hi Everyone,

It's been a long time since I posted and to be honest, I miss all of you. The past few weeks has been really tough for me and I appreciate all your beautiful comments, emails, wonderful gifts, cards and support. I was so touched with all your kinds words. I know many of you have been wondering what had happened that made me decide to suddenly stop creating videos. I apologize if I worried any of you and as you all know, that's the last thing I would do to you since you all have been nothing but great to me. My family and I are doing fine. I know some were concerned if someone has threatened me on You Tube, which that wasn't the case. Believe me, you would be the first to know. I realize there are many that are comfortable sharing their personal life on You Tube. For me at the time, I felt it was something private and I hope many of you can understand that. I've spoken with my family, especially my mom numerous times and she thinks its okay to share certain things that happen to you in life. My little brother unexpectedly passed away. There's no words that can express how I feel. It was such a shock and til this day, I don't want to accept it. All I want to do is cry like I'm doing now. I miss him SO much. My mom tells me, it will take time to heal and that you can always cherish the memories you shared together. I started scrapbooking to preserve memories, but never have I had to do it this way. Its hard to explain and maybe some of you can relate, but my passion for creating has become stronger. I always created through my thoughts and my heart, but my heart is even stronger now. I know my brother wouldn't want me to stop and every time I create, he will always be there with me. I honestly didn't want to say anything, but I do want the world to know....I LOVE my brother SO MUCH.

Sharing my passion for crafting with everyone has become a part of me. I honestly didn't want to do anything and just stop. I've learned that creating is a big part of who I am and I can't forget that. I didn't think I would be able to post a video again. As you can see in my last video I was really emotional, but I had to do a video because I care so much about all of you. I couldn't just not post anymore. I removed the video, but set it in "Private". I didn't want to delete all the wonderful comments all of you have sent. Its just too emotional to see. I was so touched to know that my videos helped many of you in many different ways. Watching many of your videos helped me too as well. It really helps the healing. I can't promise you when, but someday I will post a video again. Thank you again so much for all your support.

Here's a mini and tag I made for my niece. She loves the zebra print and her room is PINK, black and white. I know my brother is looking down and will see what I created for his beautiful girl. Thank you so much Kathryn for the beautiful kit. It was perfect.
